Dear Family and Friends,

First I want to give glory to God whose mercy endures to all generations. I am writing to you from the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. Two days ago I was injured in the NYACK College gas explosion. Below is a link from an interview with CBS News.
 
 The prayers, calls, cards, flowers and love have been encouraging for me, my husband and our family. We still need your prayers to pierce heaven as I have an additional surgery and months of healing both physically and emotionally ahead.
I have sustained severe injuries to my right leg which doctors are working on. 
 
I know that it was God who kept me alive. He will sustain us as we move forward. The devil is a liar and he better get ready because recovery is on the way. There will be glory after this.
